Applicable for free replacement: After receiving the goods, if the inner packaging is opened, or there is no certificate of conformity, or the mask has a strong smell, We’ll ship the new one to you without any fee.
Applicable for a direct refund: After receiving the goods, the packaging is damaged and the product is crushed, we’ll refund to you directly. The full amount you paid.
Applicable for free return: After receiving the goods, the first use is ok. Non-man-made damage occurs within 45 days, such as the mask string is fragile.
Other conditions of return, buyers need to bear the freight themselves.
Note: It is very important to check the goods as soon as possible after receiving the goods, take photos or video record the product problems, and then contact us.

Refunds
